I discovered “Spout” Meal Deliveries a few weeks ago, and from my first meal, I was in love. All of Sprout’s meals are made that day, with fresh ingredients, and as corny as it sounds, you can taste the love. The vegan meals are all between $7-8 and since I have been ordering I have enjoyed a veggie “chicken” wrap, a curry pot pie, and, my favorite- a raw vegan lasagna with zucchini noodles, cauliflower cheese, a fresh tomato basil sauce, and even guacamole. The meals are so flavorful, that it has even won over some of my Carnivorous coworkers.

Also, if you are traveling to Nassau for work or play, this is a great way to get your vegan lunch fix.
